Lookout for VS Code

VS Code extension that puts every agent session on one board in the side bar, quotes what a waiting session asks (the command, file or question), jumps to a session's tab or terminal in any VS Code window with one key, and searches every conversation. Reads only what the agents already write on disk, with no hooks, and does not launch agents. Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI. MIT.
